MUTUALP is an health insurer in the community, voluntary and social enterprise sectors, like co-operatives or associations (voluntary organizations).
We provide complementary health insurance and assistance to our members, which could be only people already covered by the General Regime of the Social Security. We are trying to support and care all of our members in all of our professional or voluntary activities with the idea of solidarity. For example, our boad of directors is completely voluntary. They are elected by the members.
Our insurance reimburses only total or part of health expenses to people who are after the percentage reimbursed by the Social Security.
We belong only to our members without any share capital holders because we haven’t any capital but only prudential reserves required by the actual reglementation.

Sécurité sociale – Social Security
The Social Security system guarantees workers against different risks : illness, maternity, invalidity, accidents at work and professional illnesses, old age, death, death of a partner and family. It is founded on the principle of national solidarity. This guarantee works by the insured and their dependents being affiliated to one obligatory regime.
Health insurance is one of the four branches constituting the Social Security System which provides universal, compulsory and interdependent Health Insurance. Irrespective of age and state of health, each beneficiary receives protection against the risk and consequences of disease, for which they contribute according to their means.
